Program and Appointment Timeline Requirements 

• The coaching appointment must be scheduled within fourteen (14) days of purchase date.

• All required paperwork, addendums, and requested information must be completed and submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase date in order to proceed with fulfillment.

Late Fee Policies

• Scheduling Reactivation Fee:

If the appointment is not scheduled within fourteen (14) days of purchase date, a scheduling fee starting at $50 will be required to schedule an appointment outside of the initial timeframe.

• Late Fee:

If required paperwork and information are not completed and submitted within the 30-day window from purchase, a late fee starting at $50 will be required to resume services.

• Reactivation Fee:

If the project remains delayed for sixty (60) days from purchase date, a reactivation fee starting at $50 will be required to resume services.

• Service Closure:

Projects that remain delayed beyond ninety (90) days from purchase date may be closed at our discretion and considered forfeited.

• Services, coaching sessions, fulfillment, and processing cannot move forward until all required paperwork and documentation have been received and the applicable late fee has been paid.

• All purchases are non-refundable.
